Position
Attached to the management and after a training period, your missions will be the following :
- On the Idf sector, you will approach the market as a strategist, develop it on the one hand by prescribing, on the other hand by animating and managing our network of Distributors.
- Build a long-term partnership based on advice and permanent development.
- To set up framework agreements with major national accounts
In a second phase, based on the success of your missions in Idf, you will take charge of the animation of the French network and the follow-up of key accounts. Your role will be to :
- Strengthen our presence in our network and provide them with the right sales approach and sales support tools.
- Carry out a regular analysis of the results and guarantee the achievement of the budgets (turnover, new customers, framework agreements...)
- Implement action plans
- Establish a regular reporting to the management
- Set up a competitive watch via trade shows, networks, etc...
Profile
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of higher education who are able to sell technical solutions by demonstrating analysis and technical credibility. You have at least 5 years of successful experience as a Key Account Manager or Technical Sales Representative. Your knowledge of the rescue market, the construction industry or the animation of specialized networks would be highly appreciated.
You have excellent interpersonal skills and a proven commercial temperament. Your autonomy, rigor and ability to take initiatives are added to your commercial project management and operational management skills. You are reactive, practical, rigorous and you like to invest yourself.
English is imperative, German an additional asset. Numerous trips to be planned throughout France with night demonstrations requiring the handling of heavy equipment.
Remuneration: Fixed +% + Company car
